Dwarf Folders #398

Folders to organize my dwarfs in, if you don't have it already.
Like the ability to create a "Children" folder, and collapse it so I don't have 
to look at them.. No one likes children anyways.

You can already sort dwarves by several different ways, including migrant 
waves, which is what I like to do. And children can be hidden via Options. The 
migrant wave they are from will still list them as a number, but their names 
will not be listed.
