"Don't Display Children or Babies" option breaks filters #401

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable "Don't Display Children or Babies" in Options
2. Read Dwarves
3. Type something into the name filter or select a filter script

Unchecking the option restores functionality, even without pushing Read Dwarves 
again. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The list of dwarves should be reduced dramatically as I type a name or 
nickname. Instead, the list doesn't change. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6.12 on Windows 7, Vanilla DF 0.34.05

Please provide the "run.log" file in the "log" directory of DwarfTherapist when 
this error occurred.
