Sorting by Migration Wave broken in Memory Layout for 0.34.06 linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run a Fort in 0.34.06 until migrants arrive
2. Read Dwarves into Therapist Linux version
3. Select to sort by migration wave

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output would be to see groups of dwarves sorted by when they arrived 
in the fort.
Actual output is one big group called "migration wave 0" with all the dwarves 
(113 in my case).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Therapist 0.6.12 built from Source on Linux (Ubuntu 11.10 64bit)
Memory Layout for 0.34.06 was downloaded automatically today.

Please provide the "run.log" file in the "log" directory of DwarfTherapist
when this error occurred.

If this is a truly "crazy" issue, please also attach a copy of your save-
game.

Just to mention it: In 0.34.05 with the same version of Therapist, sorting by 
Migration wave was working.
