Migration Waves not Divided [Mac]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start up a game
2. Wait for a migration wave
3. Look on Dwarf Therapist and the migrants are all put into wave 0

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected the migration waves to be divided. But they were all lumped into one 
wave.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.6.12 on a Mac.

Please provide the "run.log" file in the "log" directory of DwarfTherapist
when this error occurred.

If this is a truly "crazy" issue, please also attach a copy of your save-
game.

I get a different problem -- My migration wave is split into many pieces, each 
wave gets split into maybe 2-5 pieces.
