Nicknames entered in DT lost after notable kill #417

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Take dwarf that has no nickname in DF
2. Apply nickname using Dwarf Therapist
3. Have dwarf kill something notable like a goblin

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that the dwarf would retain his nickname.  Instead, his 
nickname vanishes both inside DF and in DT.

If the nickname is set directly in DF, this bug does not occur.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6.12 with DF 34.07
Windows 6 64-bit.

Please provide the "run.log" file in the "log" directory of DwarfTherapist
when this error occurred.

If this is a truly "crazy" issue, please also attach a copy of your save-
game.

This is a long-standing issue, and it happens because DT is only updating the 
nickname on the unit itself - the nickname also needs to be updated on the 
unit's soul as well as its historical figure record.
