Custom profession names not applied to dwarves. #440

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set up a custom profession
2.Set a dwarfs profession to newly created profession
3.Commit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to get the labors changed and the profession name updated, but only th 
labors change, the profession name stays the same

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Using 0.6.12 with DF 0.34.11 on Arch Linux
