What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Playback any FLAC file with a track number in it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see track numbers but see.. nothing

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
This appears to be because of Xiph.org. When opening file with QuickTime it 
correctly lists the track number. Possible solutions are hack the xiph.org 
component or read the flac metadata prior to adding to iTunes and then assign 
track numbers via AppleScript upon adding to the library.
