multipart 0.12 -> 0.14
log 0.3 -> 0.4
env_logger 0.4 -> 0.5
unicase 1.0 -> 1.4

Thanks, but just so you know, I'm not sure I'm going to continue development of Rustful anymore. There are many alternatives out there that I'm sure are at least as good, if not better, and I don't really have the time and energy right now. Still going to merge this, but don't expect too much from me. :slightly_smiling_face:
