Don't depend on unstable features #20

[x] fs_time - used to get modification time of files.
[x] path_ext - used to get metadata from files to read the modification time.
[x] std_misc - used to call into_inner on poisoned locks.
[x] test - benchmarking.
[x] core - used for Utf8Error in response::Data. Removed in 875e01d
