Write more documentation for Context and friends #43

Add some more info and examples to body parsing extension traits.
Give examples for how to access parts of the Context.

This is so much better! Unfortunately I don't have a ton of time at the moment to dig into the examples, but I am looking forward to checking them out soon. Merge on, my friend!
