Added a slider to adjust ghost volume for impostors #347

Also changed ambiguous "ghost volume" to "crew volume as ghost" to be more reflective of the actual usage and put master volume as the first slider rather than last.

@MatadorProBr I can't remember, do I need to be doing anything more for adding the translation string 'settings.audio.ghostvolumeasimpostor' besides putting it in the English file?
