Describe the bug
when comms are disabled and Better Crew Link is set to mute everyone during comms, if a meeting is called you can still hear everyone but if you have overlays on, the overlays will not show.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Set 'Comms Sabotage Disables Voice' on,
Start a game,
have the imposter disable comms,
have the imposter kill,
report the body to call a meeting,
Overlays do not appear.
Expected behavior
I expected to see the overlays during the meeting to make it easier to know whose talking.
