Add Settings Page/UI House Cleaning #3

-Adds a separate settings page, giving functionality to the menu also allowing users to edit settings while running -Uses Iconic grid system to center objects -Adds more theming/new layouts -Added footer with links to discord and github -Added refresh button in the app -Made app header and footer global components (does nothing for looks, just makes updating/changing things a whole lot easier) This branch is ready for merge
