USE THIS ONE

This is the fix for the garage & impound saying NULL as the car name. It only replaces it with the spawn code but... it still fixes the problem!

Sorry about the other Pull Request this is the first time I have ever made a Pull Request.

Do you have the Impound removed for this or know how to add the new client without re-adding impound?
