Added an option sell-type: in config.yml which switches between selling fish for money or claim blocks (Grief Prevention)

Just encountered a bug related to selling blocks, I am fixing it, dont merge yet Fixed

Would also be cool to add support for playerpoints and add something so u can get both of at the same time example:

sell-type: money, claimblocks, playerpoints Makes it so u get all of them

When i enable the claimblock option i don't get the claimblocks
