Add Oraxen Items with oraxen:itemname

Added a method to the EvenMoreFish class which will register custom item hooks.

the get[plugin]Stack methods will return null if [plugin] isn't loaded

EcoItems requires libreforge and eco to work which is annoying.

Add EcoItems Items with ecoitems:itemname
