All time placeholders? #215

For example, placeholders that show the largest fish or highest value caught fish globally and all-time, instead of just in tournament.

Also a placeholder that returns the status of /emf toggle would be nice.

Also could be nice for example whenever you're fishing in a competition, you can hook into DecentHolograms and spawn a hologram near the player that displays the current placements whenever you're fishing image
