A big one (sorry)

Turns all main class static variables into setters (where applicable) and getters
Sets isAvailable to false in the Xmas2022Config class
Fixes an NPE in Messages#getSTDPrefix

None of these changes appear to be throwing errors. Competitions, baits, and all commands work.
