Suggestion

Add a GUI to interact with the plugin.

Buttons to add:

Shop (Gold Ingot)
Fish Toggle (Tropical Fish and Salmon)
Help Command (Compass)
~~Scheduled Competitions (Clock)~~ Moved to #376
~~Showcase of all loaded baits, with optional config to allow them to be sold (Nautilus Shell)~~ Moved to #377
~~#371 when that is completed (Book and Quill)~~

All buttons will be configurable using the same format as the fish.yml file.
