Config Cleanup

All changes will be automatically applied to existing configs thanks to BoostedYAML supporting it :slightly_smiling_face:

• Merges the values of the bossbar message config, like so: (Applied in all locales)

  # Segments shown in the bossbar when competitions run
  bossbar:
  hour: '&r{hour}h'
  minute: '&r{minute}m'
  second: '&r{second}s'
  # For translating the "left" at the end e.g. "5s left" -> "5s kvar"
  remaining: left

• Removes all outdated GUI configs from the message files (Applied in all locales)
• Allows bait application in Adventure mode and adjusts the message to match (Applied in en locale)
