Add team/player images to embeds (SVG file format) #18

This works using the nodehtmltoimage in branch image-test / dev / version 1.6.7/1.7.0 however it significantly slows down displaying of the /team profile

This was removed for the production of 1.7.0 but the code is still present for a potential better solution in the future
