Adding recipe in readme #43

Hello, thanks for the mod it's been an awesome alternative food for my playthrough. I think adding a recipe in the readme will help people that want to check out the recipe when they're not able to launch the game at the moment, But want to make a plan for what food they want to hunt / prepare when they are playing.

I myself am only able to play at the weekend since I'm at work on weekdays. But i love to plan what I want to do at the weekend. Having the recipe available at the documentation will also help people to compare which food is more efficient to farm and cook without needing to boot up the game
