Do we have enough sponsors to pay for lunch? Do we charge people $10?

Food trucks? Bag lunch from cafe in Bounce? Outside catering?

Amy - Charlie is the owner

Bagged lunch - $13 - wrap, cookie, chips, pickle, water/ice tea (normally $5, but $4) includes all day coffee/icetea/water that's unlimited

Trays - potato chips, half wrpa/full wrap, pickle spears - warm cookies in the afternoon, same cost, but split throughout the day

Hot dog bar, mac and cheese, saurkraut, house made mustards, chips,

Baked potato bar - lots of toppings

Taco bar

Pasta bar, different sauces, topping selections

Bert TODOs: What is our budget? Probably $10-$15 When do we need to give the caterer a final count?

Wraps and sandwiches, chicken wraps, sandwiches, grilled cheese. veggie chili w meat toppings, all day beverage $13. Normally $18. Water iced tea and coffee. Just send estimate signed back. 24 hours before for final.
