Setup event registration #2

Need to allow attendees to register their name, email, and optionally pay for lunch. Meetup would be great if it has this functionality, but we should also research other vendors.

I was looking at other events on https://sqlsaturday.com/ to see what they are doing. EventBrite seems popular. Meetup would be great if they offer the functionality we need.
