Option for application mouse mode pointer #127

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

The mouse pointer changes from an I-beam to an arrow when application mouse
mode is active. This tells whether a click is going to go to the window
(for select, menu, or paste) or to the application. Perhaps this should be
optional, though, as it's not what other terminals do.

Actually this useful feature was inherited from PuTTY, which doesn't have an
option
for it either, even though it's got options for almost everything else. Closing.
