Option parsing doesn't stop when encountering a non-option #165

Starting with 0.6-beta2 startup cmdline option handling was changed and 
should be mentioned in the announce info + release notes.

mintty /bin/bash --login -i
=> unrecognized option --login

mintty -- /bin/bash --login -i
=> ok

You need to add a "--" before the bash invocation line
