Adds a simple schedule representation. #41

• Added Schedule that has:
  • Many tasks, one of which is identified as the Root Task
  • A name
• Extended Tasks to support:
  • Additional fields: duration, trigger (matches event in TaskStateMachine)
  • Tree hierarchy (based on closure_tree gem) that allows us to specify which Tasks follow which
• Added Recipe and subclasses (BeerRecipe, DistillingRecipe, CiderRecipe, MeadRecipe, WineRecipe)
  • Recipe has a Schedule and an Additions List (to be implemented later)
• Added views for the above so we can add a Recipe and/or a Schedule
  • Added the cocoon gem to make dynamically adding the Tasks to the Schedule fancy.
• Included a duplicate/copy feature for Schedules and Recipes. As-is, multiple Recipes can use the same Schedule - this will allow you to copy and customize a similar one.

@Ohmbrewer/web-team Check it out and let me know what you think. Still kind of a rough draft, but it should resolve #41 and we really needed a way to actually create Tasks without going through the console. Should be a good jumping off point for #48 .
