Adding Gujarati Translation of the Description #203

Gujarati Being one of the many common languages spoken in India, having a translation in Gujarati could be quite helpful. My mother tongue is Gujarati and thus I could successfully provide the translation. I have taken help from Google Translate also. Please suggest changes if any. Thank you.
