"Precision" option doesn't get saved. #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set "Precision" to "On"
2. Save config
3. Exit emu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Next time you open the emulator, "Precision" should be set to "On", but it 
isn't.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This is with Turbo load set to "Auto".

There was a bug in the code that will be fixed in the next release.
