Keyboard won't keep key pressed #37

When bringing up the virtual keyboard, the key won't be kept pressed if you aim 
at it and keep the A button pressed.

This can cause some games to sometimes ignore the key input (Dragon's Lair 2 
joystick select at the main menu).

To keep things more realistic, the emulated key (or keys, if a "special key" 
has been pressed before) should be kept pressed as long as the A button is 
being held.

Another game that has the same kind of problem is Thanatos at the title screen.

Since you can't hold a key, you might have to press it many times before it 
registers.

Actually I have to update the code since now the VK is on during the emulation.
