Skate Crazy doesn't load with "Tape instant load" turned on #39

Every version I've tried (four from Gremlin and one from ERBE) gives a "Tape 
Loading Error" message after the "Bytes: SKATECRAZY" block. The game loads 
correctly when "Tape instant load" is off.

This is the only game I've come across with such a problem in all the tests 
I've run so far.

Also, Technician Ted (48K version) will self-reset right before the main code 
block starts loading when "Tape instant load" is on.

The issue with Skate Crazy depends on the "strange" structure of the TZX file. 
I found the same issue with Mask.
The code block is broken in standard and non standard block and this is strange 
)it should be only standard block).
Since the routine of FBZX wii checks the lenght of the block this causes an 
error.

I could fix the issue removing the check but I want to invistigate more on this 
kind of file to find a better solution.
