Adding the necessary config file and deploy script to have Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery w/ travis-ci

Also shoehorning the (now closed) PR with the spinning pokeball and simple gradient background

Tested the deploy script from my machine, works. Took a lot of tinkering and debugging to get it to work; technically it should work from travis-ci, only uncertainty is whether the ssh key will work.
