Quiz answer it cannot be changed. #121

Once an answer in the quiz has been selected it cannot be unselected. If the user changes their mind on the answer or if they mis-click (more likely to happen on mobile) they would want the unselect the item.

The quiz answer did actually updated to deselect the answer, it just didn't update the view... Added in code to toggle the selected class on the li.
