Loading animation #151

Summary: When loading for the first time the screen stays white and it is unclear to the user if the app is loading, has crashed etc.

Can we build a nice, red coloured loading animation for the login screen?

@KPSbuttar is there a fix here? Or is this a Django dependent issue that @bartmika needs to look at?

Ok @rodolfomartinez for this their is fix will do that and commit changes for this ASAP, Thanks
