Tracis CI build fails #152

Investigate why Travis CI stopped working when we upgraded the code (see #127). Currently the console output is:

$ psql -c 'create database fly_db;'
psql: could not connect to server: No such file or directory
    Is the server running locally and accepting
    connections on Unix domain socket "/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432"?
The command "psql -c 'create database fly_db;'" failed and exited with 2 during .
