Setting a new time based loiter waypoints via right-click in flight planner causes an error

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open flight planner 
2. Someone on the map, right click > loiter > time 
3. Enter a time and press OK

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A waypoint should show up on the map, instead nothing is displayed on the map, 
but the waypoint is shown below.  Trying to upload this to the APM will cause 
an error.  Note: double left clicking the map and manually adjusting the time 
still works.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mission Planner 1.2.4 Mav 1.0.  Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

The waypoints are still listed below, but any waypoint added this way won't 
show on the map.  Doing a right click unlimited loiter waypoint seems to work 
OK, I believe it's on the time based action that fails.
