Configuration tab crashes mission planner 1.2.17 on debian/mono

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Missionplanner
2. click configuration button/tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

MP crashes with the following error mesage:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Debian sid, Mono JIT compiler version 2.10.8.1 (Debian 2.10.8.1-6)

Please provide any additional information below.

I tried this on an updated and also on a new install.

Update to 1.2.18 - Michael (& the team) did great job on this one, as far as I 
could see, it works flawlessly on Mono, it's the first release in a long time 
that works perfectly fine.
