Mission Planner - Polygon glitch #803

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a polygon in Mission Planner - Flight Planner tab
2. Attempt to move the initial polygon marker
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect the polygon to be adjusted to match the new position of the marker. 
Instead, it appears that the initial point is retained, and the marker is 
placed as a new vertex.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MP 1.2.19 (MAV1.0), Win7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
This doesn't appear to be a critical bug, of course. It does make things harder 
to plan when a new polygon is needed just to change the initial point.
