Draw a circle of defined radius around home to set maximum distance. #894

Feature that you'd like us to add or change you'd like us to make:
Before mission or flight starts, one could draw a circle with defined radius to 
mark the limit of fpv or telemetry tx range. If the airplane/copter comes close 
to the limit, a spoken warning and text should be displayed to inform the pilot.
Future enhancements could be to submit a command to the aircraft to turn around 
to prevent flying out of range.
