RC2_REV is not reversing servos #931

I am running a ruddervator airplane and I need to reverse the direction of 
channel 2 and 4. When I set RC2_REV and RC4_REV to -1 and write params, the 
direction of the servos do not change.

Experiencing exactly the same - setting RC2_REV (to -1) and elevator still move 
in the opposite direction to what I want. Read another thread on this and it 
did not end up with a resolution. Until otherwise stated, I will let all servo 
reverse settings on my DX8 be set to Normal. Mission planner and Ardupilot 
firmware updated to the level as the time of writing.

I havent checked the code but it would appear the RC?_REV params are ignored.
