Fix tooltips when in Seamoth #22

If you get grabbed by a reaper leviathan, you are unable to activate the defense mod in the seamoth to zap it away, because the tooltips also thrash all over the screen.

Perhaps the tool choices could be affixed in the cockpit in a static location, like physical buttons?

Yeah that was planned for the future when I got proper hand/finger tracking going on, sou you could use your index finger to switch between modules.

I will try to come up with a different fix.
