Remove the forward tilt when crafting with the mobile vehicle bay #25

It can be nauseating for most VR users, better to not add any tilt and let the player tilt on their own. I don't know if this is the only instance of added tilt though

There is also head tilt when activating life support in the Neptune

I remember looking at this briefly but it wasn't easy to fix since it is hardcoded in the animation.

Will look at it later, but it has low priority for now.

Crafting mobile vehicles is not something you do often in Subnautica, so I'd say it's not worth time and effort :)
