When you enable the option to unlock pitch adjustment while diving, if you don't use the right stick for horizantal look adjustment and turn in real life instead, the pitch direction does not follow your head, so it moves up and down along your initial direction, e.g. it rolls to left/right if you're facing 90 degrees from your initial direction rather than pitching up and down.
I really need to use pitch adjustment to play this game, so a fix for this would be wonderful, thank you.
