Support for nokia770 skin #1

Support for setting/viewing ratings through the kiosk style skins (touch/770)
Most important:
1) Playlist creation from stats (e.g. play all songs >= 4 stars)
2) Viewing and setting ratings, on all tracks. This means the TS buttons
whereever they need to be
3) View/browse stats

Will probably not be implemented by me since I don't have a Nokia. Patches are
welcome though.
