Multilib Entry missing creating new customtag library #124

Which plugin is the bug/enhancement related to ?
Multilib

What version of SlimServer/SqueezeCeneter are you using? On what operating
system?
Linux-system LMS 7.7.2

Could you describe the problem or enhancment ?
The Entry CustomTag Name is missing so it is not possible any more to create a 
working new entry

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. multilib --> new library
2. Select new CustomTag library
3. You can type a Value for the custom tag but not which TAG should be used....

You need to perform a scan with Custom Scan plugin first, the "Tag name" 
parameter drop list is filled based on data scanned with Custom Tag scanning 
module in Custom Scan plugin.
