Import/export skip information to iTunes #21

Sync skip information with iTunes. I listen in my car on my iPod mini using
smart playlists that look at last played date, playcounts, ratings and
skips. I'd love to have 2-way skip sync. Also, it would be great if you
applied auto-rate logic to imported skip information.
