Which plugin is the bug/enhancement related to ? SQL Playlist

What version of SlimServer/SqueezeCeneter are you using? On what operating
system? 7.4.1 / Windows Vista

Could you describe the problem or enhancment ?

This is an enhancment. It would be nice if you could make a playlist that 
filter songs based on:

Most played X number of songs, with optional rating filter, in the last X 
number of hours/days/weeks/months. This to get the most popular songs at 
the moment to be played. And of course in a random order.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
