Community buttons #433

Communities will often have some custom buttons they'd like to show. For example of the community website, slack/discord, repo ,etc.

We should make it possible for people to add custom community buttons. Perhaps we could make adding more than 3 an Openbook Gold feature.

Maybe we could additional custom buttons only for Okuna Gold and a e.g. default Buttons to the website without special Text (only with translation of the String "Website").

For later: Adding Icons to the Button as a Gold Feature
