Fix the font-issue https://github.com/OkunaOrg/okuna-www/issues/123 . Changed the name in the scss file.

Added Style that the footer navbarbrand stays in background

I forget to mention in the commit messages that I also fixed the translation visibitly on tablet size. I changed one bulma visibilty class.
