Thanks for your suggestion. I usually only make choco packages for software that I have an interest in myself and/or that are free or open source. Therefore, I don't think I'd feel comfortable maintaining a cFosSpeed package right now. Wikipedia labels it as shareware, is there a time-limited trial on the free download? Or is there any advertisement that comes with it or additional installation of software with the free download? I couldn't find such information on their official website.
I see. It is "real" shareware, thus I think, I have to look into it for myself, since it is neither open source nor freemium software.
However, there is no advertisement.
cFosSpeed is a nice tool for traffic shaping. Popular at ASUS board users. The company was popular for providing access to ISDN cars useful for Fidonet in the 1990s (see https://forum.golem.de/kommentare/applikationen/netzwerktreiber-cfos-speed-6.5-mit-verbesserter-priorisierung/wofuer-cfos-steht.../51552,2703308,2703605,read.html or https://support.prima.de/dos/xp/xpisdn/).
Since I still have no experience in creating chocolatey packages and I see interest of packaging here, I wanted to ask whether I can raise the request to package cFosSpeed?
